QRAP-CT Policies

We maintain a safe shooting environment for our customers and will continue make sure your safety is our number one priority. Please familiarize yourself with all of our rules. Any patron not following the QRAP Rules, will be asked to leave the premisses and will forfeit all payments.

Hours of Operation
Open April 1, to September 30, 9am-7pm, Monday + Sunday
Last Daily Scheduled Class: 6:00pm-7:00pm
Hours by appointment: Monday-Sunday

QRAP-CT Rules
Any person that does not follow the QRAP-CT Rules will be asked to leave the premises and will forfeit all payments made to QRAP.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

You may change your reservation for any services up to 48 hours before it is scheduled. The full session fee will be charged for any cancellations/missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice.

Lessons

You may change your reservation for a Private or Group Lessons up to 48 hours prior to your lesson. The full session fee will be charged for any cancellations/missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice. Paid Lessons must be completed within 2 months of purchase.

Payments

Payments for all Lessons and services must be paid in full, on-line by Credit Card in advance of all scheduled lessons or other services. Visa and MasterCard/debit cards are accepted. All services are subject to Connecticut Sales Tax (6.34%). We also accept cash.

Refunds

I regret that refunds for scheduled services are not available for cancelled/missed appointments with less than 48 hours prior notice. Refunds will only be paid for services cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can be refunded or exchanged for other scheduled services.

Photos/Videos

I grant permission to Quinnipiac River Archery Park LLC, and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising. I waive my right to any compensation.
